I have been having roof problems for years on my flat roof. I have used all kinds of different products up there but all failed and the leaks came back. I used this stuff and all leaks stop the first time its great I am dry. Thank God. If I would had use this stuff first I would have saved a ton of effort and money.

We live in Miami where temperatures get hot. From the moment we rolled this stuff onto our roof, the house cooled down. Since we have no attic, usually the AC cannot get the house to actually cool off in the late afternoon, but it did! The air conditioner even shut off a few times (that NEVER happens at that time of day) and the house remained at the same temperature for at least 15 minutes each time. It's like instant, easy insulation.

Using this product was a breeze, it being gel rather than swishy liguid was not as messy. Spread great with a squeegee, no stirring necessary. A little went a long way. High praises for this product. I did my driveway and my neighbors on 3 containers and still have a little left! and we both have 2 car parking and walkway. Will never use anything else.
I used this on the transition between the asphalt road and my concrete driveway. There was an 8' x 2' x 4" deep depression in the road way. I used 5 pails. I swept the existing asphalt with a push broom. It poured out easily and I used a rake to distribute it. I tamped it down with a 8 x 8 tamper for about 15 minutes and then drove back and forth over it many times with my truck. I then drove off to do some errands, I didn't want to track it onto my driveway. It was tacky for about 48 hours but then could drive over it without tracking it onto my driveway. Weather was about 95 degrees. It's holding up perfect a month later. Even the outer edges which are very thin have bonded very well. This project couldn't have gone any better.

This stuff is great. Applied over an existing valley (metal to composite shingle) where I just couldn`t get it sealed. Applied after a rain in 35 degree weather and WOW! not a single leak. I really like the consistency of this too. Lays real nice off a pointed trowel. Get it, you won`t be sorry.
